After nearly 20 years in the PR field serving as communication director for two organizations, including the Ohio Department of Agriculture, Melanie made a shift and founded Shift•ology Communication (formerly Wilt PR) in 2008. In her role as Bossologist, she creates strategies for clients that enhance visibility among key stakeholders and takes pride in leading a company that has grown from a small in-home business to an award-winning agency that specializes in taking a unique approach to each individual client’s needs.
