Meet the Speaker | Mindset: Improving your Leadership through your Mindset | February 24, 2021 | 10 a.m.

The National Science Foundation found that your brain processes multiple tens of thousands of thoughts per day and 80% of those thoughts are negative!

Could what you believe about yourself impact your success or failure? According to Stanford psychologist Carol Dweck, your beliefs play a pivotal role in what you want and whether you achieve it. Dweck has found that it is your mindset that plays a significant role in determining achievement and success. So, how exactly does mindset impact your leadership you ask?

Your mindset plays a critical role in how you cope with life’s challenges. A positive/growth mindset can contribute to greater achievement and increased effort. When facing a problem such as trying to find new donors, people with positive mindsets show greater resilience. They are more likely to persevere in the face of setbacks while those with neutral/negative mindsets are more liable to give up.

Your mindset not only controls your attitude, but it can also become very contagious as you become more effective leaders of your Ministry, and your Home! Mindset matters and it all starts with you. So, the choice really is yours….

During this webinar we will increase your awareness about mindset and explore and learn strategies to improve your mindset and ultimately your leadership for impact!
