Campus Pastor - Fellowship Christian Church (Spring Hill Campus)
The Campus Pastor will be responsible for pastoral shepherding of the Spring Hill Campus. This position leads the church family in meeting the care needs of those who call the campus home. The Campus Pastor’s primary focus is to discover, develop and deploy the gifts of the church towards our goal to Impact our community and through our community—the world. This position reports directly to the Executive Pastor and indirectly to the Senior Pastor.
- Work with and through the Spring Hill Campus Leadership Team (CLT) and Connect
Group Leadership (CGL) to shepherd campus spiritually and meet congregational need - Discover, develop and deploy leaders through CLT and/or CGL teams
- Work with the Campus Pastors’ Team to create content for the CLT and with CGL to
develop and implement volunteer training - Develop relationships with community leaders and strengthen organizational ties within
the community - Preach at any Fellowship service as needed and collaborate with Fellowship Preaching
Team to develop and/or deliver messages - Participate as an active member of Fellowship staff, attending meetings, serving on or
with leadership teams as assigned - Participate in the discipleship of others through one-on-one discipleship and/or Connect
Groups
- Must be a disciple of Jesus Christ with a servant's heart with experience in a church or
non-profit ministry setting - Display evidence of a spiritually disciplined life
- Practice biblical stewardship of God-given resources, including (but not limited to)
tithing regularly and giving generously - Possess a teachable spirit and commitment to Fellowship’s culture and vision
- Have proficiency with public speaking/teaching and leadership development
- Have experience in community outreach, small-group ministry and organization
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a theological/ministry discipline is preferred.
Candidates lacking formal training must be willing to pursue advanced
theological/ministry training
- The ideal candidate has great composure, can equally lead and follow, is organized, can
work and make decisions quickly and communicates clear processes - Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings
and holidays. The ability to respond to urgent situations such as illnesses and relational
crisis even after work hours is also required - Must successfully complete Ohio Criminal History Report check prior to employment

POSITION SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to nurture growth in individual discipleship and increase the effectiveness and participation in Grace’s lay ministries, encouraging each member of Grace to identify, develop, celebrate and share his/her God-given gifts and talents to the glory of God. This is a part-time, exempt position, requiring 15-20 hours per week with flexible work schedule to be determined.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruit Ministry Area Coordinators and Volunteers
a. Advocate for members to grow in their faith and relationship with God through involvement in Grace ministries.
b. Assimilate new members into the family of Grace by connecting them with ministries that apply to their gifts.
c. Market lay ministry opportunities to congregation members.
2. Train and Develop Ministry Area Coordinators and Volunteers
a. Assist volunteers to identify and develop their individual spiritual gifts.
b. Encourage and support Ministry Area Coordinators and Volunteers in their efforts to carry out a lay ministry.
c. Encourage and provide training for all areas of lay ministry at Grace.
3. Manage Grace’s Lay Ministry Program
a. Assess effectiveness of current ministries and assist in the development of new ministries.
b. Implement the annual Time and Talent process
c. Maintain a database of Grace members’ interests, skills and experiences and match those with ministry opportunities.
d. Solicit, organize and communicate annual funding requests from Ministry Area Coordinators for budget consideration.
e. Receive and maintain ministry team schedules, create “Serving This Morning” list, and send weekly reminders to those serving both via
email and on the Grace App.
4. Serve as Lay Ministry Liaison
a. Serve as liaison between Grace’s lay ministries, the congregation, Grace staff and Grace council.
b. Ensure Grace lay ministry events and opportunities are communicated to congregation.
5. Additional Duties:
a. Advocate for outreach ministry involvement among the Grace congregation and support outreach planning and organization.
b. Oversee coordination of the Annual Grace Charity Auction.
c. Oversee and supervise Financial Stewardship Campaign each
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School diploma required; college degree desired
General Work Skills and Abilities Required:
• Confesses Jesus Christ as personal Lord and lives a Christian witness on the job and off
• Affirms and is actively engaged in the disciple-making mission of the church
• Demonstrates superior interpersonal skills
• Has the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in written and spoken formats

• Possesses capable computer skills including Microsoft Office Products
• Manages time effectively and productively
• Exhibits initiative and industry
• Able to work well as a member of team
SUPERVISION
The Executive Director will provide ongoing supervision for this position, including a formal evaluation once a year.
COMPENSATION
The salary and benefits for this position will be commensurate with the employee’s experience, the Grace staff handbook and the Grace annual budget.
Real Life Choices Guest Educator - Family & Youth Initiatives (FYI)
Description
Every day middle and high school students are struggling with peer pressure, exposure to drugs and alcohol, teen dating violence, social media pressure, and pornography exposure. Family & Youth Initiatives provides trained Guest Educators to equip students with the tools to combat these issues head-on.
Our organization seeks a highly motivated Guest Educator to join our mission. As a Guest Educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative presentations to students in middle and high school settings in a 7-county radius. You will also be responsible for working with staff, ensuring that our students receive the best possible educational experience.
- Lead presentations on diverse subjects, including healthy relationships and avoidance of at-risk behavior
- Work with team to ensure that presentations are aligned with state standards, educational goals, and grant compliance
- Prepare materials including handouts and interactive activities based on the curriculum provided by FYI
- Learn teaching methods and techniques to keep students engaged and interested
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the subject matter and keep abreast of new developments and trends in the field
- Collect and analyze feedback from students and educators to continuously improve presentations and materials
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Ensure that all presentations are delivered in a timely and organized manner
