Christian Leadership Mentoring partners trusted experts who subscribe to faith-based business principles and philosophies with ministry leaders who want to position themselves and their organizations for growth. These mentors aim to teach new skills and hone existing ones, instill best practices, create growth accountability and drive different conversations with the mentees they serve, and take great pride in being a partner in personal Christian leadership journeys.

Faith began her career in church youth ministry, then transitioned to a nonprofit youth organization in 2005 and has continued in the nonprofit world since then, including 11 years as an executive director.

Mike Gannon

Mike has an extensive background as a seasoned and results-oriented business executive with more than 30+ years of experience across a broad range of industries and company sizes. He is passionate about working with and guiding Christian leaders to the next level of faith-based leadership.

Sergio is experienced in applying biblical principles to solve business problems and overcoming obstacles. He will partner with you in prayer to discern and discover God’s will and direction for your ministry.

Nehemiah Foundation
Bruce has spent the last 33 years pastoring and helping lead nonprofit ministries. At the same time he was pastoring, he spent 20 years working in transportation and logistics. His collective experience lends itself to working with ministries and nonprofits to apply faith-based solutions in their operations.
Coaching areas – leadership development, soul care, coaching/mentoring leaders, S3 class (scripts, saboteurs and strongholds – identify how our past is affecting our leadership), project management
Monte Zinn
Automotive consultant
Monte is an experienced business leader in the Clark County community and has been for the past 60+ years. He owned and operated a local car dealership for many years and served in many leadership roles for both local, state and national professional organizations. He now focuses his efforts on mentoring other business leaders.
